With the PROXESS Infoniqa ONE 200 integration, you can digitally map your entire incoming invoice process. Internal documents such as order confirmations, outgoing invoices, credit notes, or delivery notes are archived automatically.

Searching and viewing individual archived documents, or accessing a complete archive file, can be done directly from the familiar Infoniqa interface.

Automatic incoming invoice recognition

With the PROXESS integration in Infoniqa ONE 200, you can fully digitalize your incoming invoice process. During AI-supported OCR extraction of invoices and credit notes, PROXESS accesses your master data. The digital document and the extracted data are then transferred to Infoniqa ONE 200. This eliminates the need for manual document entry, as pre-posting in accounting takes place immediately upon receipt of the document.

Archive access at the click of a button directly from Infoniqa ONE 200

Searching for and displaying individual documents or opening a complete archive file takes place directly within the familiar Infoniqa ONE 200 interface.

To do this, any term—such as a document number, customer number, or another search keyword—is highlighted in the Infoniqa Explorer. The PROXESS archive client then automatically opens with the requested document or a corresponding list of results.

Digital workflow for incoming invoices

The processing and approval workflow for incoming invoices—from verification to payment—is also handled digitally. Using a Visio-based incoming invoice workflow, all processing and approval steps are tailored to your company’s needs.

Within the workflow, not only verification and approval can be carried out, but also account assignment proposals can be created. For this purpose, current master data from Sage (via database view), such as cost centers and account numbers, is also used.

Legally compliant archiving

All documents are archived in PROXESS in compliance with GeBüV regulations. Documents and archive data are also stored immutably on WORM media. This allows digital archiving with PROXESS to create significant storage space and reduce costs.

Linking of external paper documents

With barcode linking, external paper documents are assigned a barcode. By entering the barcode number in Infoniqa ONE 200, the scanned document is matched and the transaction data is transferred to the archive for indexing.

Archiving of emails and Windows documents

Users can utilize PROXESS apps for individual archiving. For example, emails can be archived directly from the MS Outlook client, or files can be archived from Windows Explorer.
