What is a DMS?
A document management system refers to a database-supported management of digital documents. The aim is to make all documents and receipts accessible to authorized persons company-wide, regardless of location, as automatically as possible, while simultaneously archiving them in a legally compliant and GoBD-compliant manner.
In practice, this means that all documents, regardless of their form, from paper receipts to PDF, Windows or other file formats, to documents from connected systems such as ERP, CRM or accounting, are brought together in a common archive.
Indexing the documents creates an organized, digital archive. Digital documents with recognizable indexing are automatically assigned and stored. Documents transferred from connected IT systems to the archive are also transferred via interfaces with appropriate index data. Necessary manual changes are generally supported by the system’s functionality.
All archived information and documents can then be found in seconds via keywords, a full-text search, or process-related searches. All authorized users have access to the archive and documents via a personalized access link, usually via a web client or app using a smartphone or tablet.

Over 50 different file formats are displayed directly in the browser. Documents can be zoomed, rotated, printed, emailed, and exported. Emails and file attachments can be downloaded and edited in their original format, just like all other formats. Easy archiving via drag & drop

Archived documents and files can be annotated, printed, downloaded, or sent via email. Each edit is archived as a new file version. This ensures the original file remains unchanged and guarantees legally compliant archiving.
Set up an individual work environment
Users have different needs for the archive. Simply set up your personal search masks and hit lists, or choose from the general company templates.
MS Office and Office 365 integration
Our Office integration supports you in the individual archiving and retrieval of documents within your personal work environment. Documents can be archived directly from Microsoft Office and Office 365 programs, or even directly from Windows Explorer. With the ad-hoc search, you can simply highlight a search term on the desktop and then search the archive.

Integration into the familiar work environment
